When you submit a contact or booking form, I collect your name, email address, and anything you write in the message. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe — I never see or store your card number. Session scheduling is handled by Calendly. I do not use tracking cookies, analytics software, or ad pixels on this site.
Your information is used only to respond to inquiries and deliver the services you book. I will not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party except the platforms listed below that are necessary to run the business.
All contracts and bookings are made by a parent or guardian on behalf of minor students. I do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe your child's information was submitted without your consent, contact me immediately and I will delete it.
I retain client contact information and session history for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for bookkeeping purposes. To request deletion of your information, email decory@decoryedwards.com and I will respond within 10 business days.
I will never use your name, your child's name, or any outcomes from our sessions in marketing without your explicit written consent. Any testimonials shared on this site or social media are voluntary and covered by a separate release form.
